How does check-in work?

Check-in is possible from by prior telephone arrangement. As we are a small family-run hotel without a 24-hour reception, please arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone before you travel. If you are delayed, please let us know as early as possible. Check-out is by .

When can I reach you by telephone?

For room enquiries and reservations, you can reach us on +49 7165 8062 from to Monday to Friday and from to on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can the rooms be reached by lift?

No. Our rooms can only be reached by stairs; there is no lift.

Are twin rooms available?

No. Our double rooms have standard double beds. Twin beds are not available.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our hotel rooms.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vapes. Cannabis is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash only. An invoice or receipt will of course be provided.
Please note that there are currently no ATMs in Hohenstaufen itself. The nearest place where cash can be withdrawn is in the direction of Göppingen town centre, around 7 km away.

Are toiletries provided in the rooms?

No disposable toiletries are provided in the rooms. Please bring your own toiletries, such as soap and shampoo.

How can I make a booking?

Room enquiries and reservations can only be made by telephone and in German at +49 7165 8062. Email is only intended for general enquiries. We do not use WhatsApp or other messaging services as official contact channels.

Are there shops in Hohenstaufen?

Please note that there are currently no shops selling everyday essentials in Hohenstaufen. We therefore recommend buying everything you need before you arrive or travelling towards Göppingen town centre (approx. 7 km) to do your shopping.

Is late-night arrival possible?

As a small family-run business, we do not have a night porter. Late arrivals (for example after ) are therefore not normally possible. Please make sure you arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone in advance.
