How does check-in work?

Check-in is generally possible from by prior telephone arrangement. As we are a small family-run house without a 24-hour reception, check-in takes place by arrangement. Please call us briefly before you set off. This helps us welcome you personally and find a solution quickly if you are delayed. Check-out is generally possible until .

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

No, smoking is not permitted in any hotel room.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payment only. A proper invoice or receipt will of course be issued.
Please note that there are no ATMs directly in Hohenstaufen. The nearest ATM is in Goeppingen (approx. 7 km).

Are toiletries provided in the rooms?

No disposable toiletries are provided in the rooms. Please bring your own personal care products, for example soap and shampoo.

How can I make a booking?

Bookings can only be made by telephone at +49 7165 8062. Telephone enquiries and reservations can only be handled in German.

Are there shops in Hohenstaufen?

Please note that there are currently no shops for daily needs in Hohenstaufen. We recommend buying everything you need before arrival or using nearby places – for example Goeppingen (approx. 7 km) – for shopping.

Is late-night arrival possible?

As a small family business, we do not have a night porter. Regular late arrivals (for example after ) are therefore not possible. Please always arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone in advance.
