No, pets are not allowed in our rooms.
Is smoking permitted in the rooms?
No, smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment only.
Are toiletries provided in the rooms?
To avoid waste and protect allergy sufferers, we do not provide disposable toiletries or care products. Please bring your own.
How can I make a booking?
Bookings can only be made by phone at +49 7165 8062. Please note that we kindly ask for your understanding that we prefer communication in German. Arrival only by prior arrangement.
Are there shopping facilities in Hohenstaufen?
Important to know for your stay: Please note that there are currently no grocery stores in Hohenstaufen. We therefore recommend buying everything you need before your arrival.
