How does check-in work?

Check-in is possible from by prior telephone arrangement. As we are a small family-run house without a 24-hour reception, please arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone before travelling. If you are delayed, please inform us as early as possible. Check-out is possible until .

When can I reach you by telephone?

For room enquiries and reservations, you can reach us Monday to Friday from to and Saturday and Sunday from to .

Are the rooms accessible by lift?

No. Our rooms are accessible by stairs only; there is no lift.

Are twin rooms available?

No. Our double rooms are equipped with classic double beds. Separate twin beds are not available.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. This also applies to electronic cigarettes and vapes. Cannabis is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payment only. A proper invoice or receipt will of course be issued.
Please note that there are currently no ATMs directly in Hohenstaufen. The nearest option is towards Goeppingen city centre, around 7 km away.

Are toiletries provided in the rooms?

No disposable toiletries are provided in the rooms. Please bring your own personal care products, for example soap, shampoo and similar items.

How can I make a booking?

Room enquiries and reservations are only possible by telephone and in German at +49 7165 8062. Email is only intended for general enquiries. WhatsApp and other messengers are not used as official contact channels.

Are there shops in Hohenstaufen?

Please note that there are currently no shops for daily needs in Hohenstaufen. We therefore recommend buying everything you need before arrival or shopping towards Goeppingen city centre (approx. 7 km).

Is late-night arrival possible?

As a small family business, we do not have a night porter. Regular late arrivals (for example after ) are therefore not possible. Please make sure to arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone in advance.
