To ensure that we can welcome you personally, arrival is possible only by prior telephone arrangement. Please arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone before you travel. If you are delayed, please let us know as early as possible.

Alternative arrival times may be possible for guests with confirmed bookings if agreed by telephone in advance. Regular late arrivals (for example, after ) are not possible. Please arrange your planned arrival time with us by telephone in good time.
