What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM.
IMPORTANT: As we are a small family-run house without a 24-hour reception, arrival is only possible by prior telephone arrangement.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms.
Is smoking permitted in the rooms?
No, smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment only. A proper invoice or receipt will be issued.
Please note that there are no ATMs in Hohenstaufen. The nearest ATM is in Goeppingen (approx. 7 km).
Are toiletries provided in the rooms?
To avoid waste and protect allergy sufferers, we do not provide disposable toiletries or care products. Please bring your own.

Are there shops in Hohenstaufen?
Please note that there are currently no grocery stores in Hohenstaufen. We recommend buying everything you need before arrival or using nearby towns like Goeppingen (approx. 7 km).
